Become irreplaceable

Becoming irreplaceable is a mindset, not something you can actually do. Internet marketers do an incredible job of making you think they did something to make them irreplaceable to you. They don’t show you the ten years they spent “trying” before they became successful— ten years of people saying, “No!” and “It won’t work!” before it did work, and they got to the yes and became multi-millionaires.

Success always occurs in the mind first. You decide if you lose or win. You decide if you’ll allow yourself to be replaced and forgotten or if you’ll never let that happen. Successful entrepreneurs know that becoming irreplaceable is more about having the attitude of always being prepared to exceed expectations rather than actually exceeding expectations.

They understand that if you persist, you succeed, and that’s how you become irreplaceable.

You show the world you’re irreplaceable first, then you go on to become that.

Not the other way around.
